Why do you want the position?
I want to help look after the server. Considering there is often no Admins or staff available when needed.
Scenario 1: A user which is suspected to be a minge is spamming loud music and gibberish in voice chat. Other players around him has asked to stop but continued nevertheless. One of these players contacted a staff member which happens to be you. How would you react?
1. He is no longer suspected as a minge, He is a confirmed minge when found mic-spamming, He would be attempted to be reasoned too. If he cannot be reasoned with, A warning, and a Kick would be issued appropriately. If he returns, and found to be continuing with this behaviour, A ban will be handed out, Most likely a day, stating exactly what he had done.
Scenario 2: A wave of players have joined the server and have begun minging. You are the only staff member online. The minges are threatening to DDoS the server. How would you react?
2. I would immediately IP ban the players threatening to DDoS and point them to the ban appeal. Then I would continue to explain to the owner as to why they were banned. DDoS, especially the threat of doing it. Is one of the highest priorities to have banned.

3. With many players within the server becoming bored, I would ask to begin a simple event, albeit if its A simple droid attack on the base. If I am not allowed. I would more then likely call an EM to do an event. If they do not respond either. I would more then likely just do the simple event to stop players from leaving.

I can also bring a fun loving easy to talk to staff member. I am also very strict when it comes to rule enforcing rules and punishing or rewarding people if needed.

I am also good a teaching/training new staff members if needed and if I get to a high rank then punishing/demoting staff that don't do there job properly or are inactive or abuse there power.
Why do you want the position? I want the position of trial moderator or whatever you need me to be because I love being staf because it is so much fun and you get a lot of respect. I also love helping out my fellow troopers, the server and the community as much as I can and as often as I can. I also love helping people when they are sad or lonely and I hope that people can feel that they are able to talk to me when they feel like they need to.

I would first bring them into a sit and ask them if they seriously mean it if they do and keep on threatening the server I will either permanently ban them community ban them and IP ban them or I would get someone else to do it.

My skills include being a very experienced staff member dealing with lots of different sits and situations, when it comes to Garrys mod rp servers. I have owned and admined on many servers which allows me to having a wider knowledge and understanding of what it takes to be a staff member. I always strive to encourage and make the server fun for other players and staff, having a laugh or making something just to play around with. I always strive to make the servers population grow and thrive, allowing the community of the server to be a fun and positive environment.
Why do you want the position? I want the position as I was originally a staff member for most of these players on this server on the old server and feel like they could already relate to the stuff we've done. Alongside this, I would like to become a staff member on this server, as it seems to actually have a owner that is willing and striving to keep it up, and build a good community surrounding it. With me on the admin staff team, I would always keep up the rules and also the fun, making the server a all around good experience.

At first I would gag him and ask him to stop, if he agrees and stops, let him off with a warn, and allow him to continue. If I gag him and then ungag him and he is still playing the loud, obnoxious music, I would ban him for 3 hours, and allow him to come back with a chance. If he continues after this, it would be a 1-2 Day ban, depending on the music/sounds he was spamming.

I would instantly permaban all the players, so that the server can quickly and efficiently get back to what it was doing. Then I would alert a superadmin or Vulpix of the players saying they will Ddos, so that if it does happen they will be prepared to deal with it. Alongside this, make sure to IP ban them aswell, so that they can not join back on any alt accounts.

I would either personally take it into my hands to start a event/something everyone can get involved/join in with. Why do you want the position?
I want the position so I can help out the server in every possible way I can but also make sure everyone has a fun time on the server. I want to protect the server from minges and rule breakers who are here to ruin everyones experience. I want this position so I can make sure staff always stay in line when I advance up into the ranks. and also make sure staff aren't being mean to players or minging on the server. I will also keep an eye out for any staff members that are abusing their powers. Also because I am a positive person. I am always cheerful but also serious.

I will order the player to stop blasting earrape music and also give him a verbal warning. If he continues to play his music I will warn him. If he still continues I will contact one of my higher ups about the situation. If no higher ups are available than I would have to either kick him or ban him for a day.

If the minges are threatning to DDOS then I will ban them from the server. DDOS threats are no laughing matter. If they join on ALTs then I will be forced to IP ban them. If I do not have access to ban then I will leave a note down for my superiors. I will also make sure i write down their IP for my superiors. If for any reason my superiors are unavailable I will just mute and gag them and jail them. (If I don't have access to kick/ban)

This is due to my experience on other servers and my great people skills including doing a lot of courses irl with dealing with people. When I choose a server to be dedicated on I stick to it. I may have only been staff or management on 2 servers but I was on them for a long time and was very active and dedicated. I like being a part of a community and trying to get to know everybody in the community. This helps bring the community together and helps to create a more friendly and enjoyable community. I also want to continue to expand my skills and put them to use in this server as I already believe it is off to a good start and is very enjoyable and different already. I want to help run this server and take a real executive position in it to help as I want to be very active on it. I believe I have a lot to bring to the table and can invest a lot of time and knowledge into the server which will only lead to benefiting it in a very positive way.
