Admin on superior servers. Trial mod on the division network. Current trial game master on geetsly networks. Current trial mod on I. C. U. T gaming.
What can you bring to the staff team? I can bring to the staff team many things. If needed I could be stuff like discord manager or community manager or head moderator. I can also bring a fun loving easy to talk to staff member. I am also very strict when it comes to rule enforcing rules and punishing or rewarding people if needed.
Give us a description of yourself including any skills (can be divided into the question above and below): One of my main skills is diffusing situations and taking control if needed. I am also good a teaching/training new staff members if needed and if I get to a high rank then punishing/demoting staff that don't do there job properly or are inactive or abuse there power.
Why do you want the position? I want the position of trial moderator or whatever you need me to be because I love being staf because it is so much fun and you get a lot of respect. I also love helping out my fellow troopers, the server and the community as much as I can and as often as I can. I also love helping people when they are sad or lonely and I hope that people can feel that they are able to talk to me when they feel like they need to.
Scenario 1: A user which is suspected to be a minge is spamming loud music and gibberish in voice chat. Other players around him has asked to stop but continued nevertheless. One of these players contacted a staff member which happens to be you. How would you react? Mute them for a while first and warn them for mic and chat spam. Then if they continued I would kick them. Then if they come back and do it again I would ban them for 1 hour. Then 1 day. Then 1 week and so on until they stop.
Scenario 2: A wave of players have joined the server and have begun minging. You are the only staff member online. The minges are threatening to DDoS the server. How would you react? I would first bring them into a sit and ask them if they seriously mean it if they do and keep on threatening the server I will either permanently ban them community ban them and IP ban them or I would get someone else to do it.
Scenario 3: Many players within the server are getting bored, some even starting to leave. No event masters are on. What would you do to keep the server entertained? Do an event or SIM with permission which should keep them happy for a while if not I will don't one again until they are happy and their needs are satisfied.
