If so, list your position and the community's name. co of pilots on this server also mod on another server.  Ive got a General knowledge on commanding in servers so i should be a good admin on this server.  On IG i am a corporal which is not the best but my CO on there taught me commanding and other techniques. What can you bring to the staff team? i can help other staff if needed and players and encourage people to rp alot and not to minge. I can inform players on how to apply for staff or CO. Or help other staff with problems they cant fix otherwise i will get someone who i know that knows how to fix it. To make sure no one messes with the server. make sure there are no mingers. no rule breakers. and also help the owner if the server crashes etc.[/b] [b]Scenario 1: A user which is suspected to be a minge is spamming loud music and gibberish in voice chat. Other players around him has asked to stop but continued nevertheless. One of these players contacted a staff member which happens to be you. How would you react? i would do a admin sit with the player who is mingeing and if he dosent listen i will warn him if it escalates i will kick for maybe a hour or two and if he joins back and continues i will ban him to make sure he dose not continue. if i cant do anything about it at the time i will contact owner for help if needed. Scenario 2: A wave of players have joined the server and have begun minging. You are the only staff member online. The minges are threatening to DDoS the server. How would you react? i would contact the owner and kick all the players who are threatining to Ddos the server if they join back and continue it will result in a ban. if i cant do anything in this situation ill contact as many other staff as i can and the owner to help me out in fixing this problem as soon as possible. Scenario 3: Many players within the server are getting bored, some even starting to leave. No event masters are on. What would you do to keep the server entertained? i would contact a event master if i can or would try and make some fun rp and encourage the players to stay on the server and that a EM would be on soon enough.  get other admins on by contacting them and if they dont get on i will trey my best to entertain the players with whatever i can that is aloud.[/b]
