If I see any of my troopers doing the wrong thing then I will give them Punishment and I will make sure that doesn't happen again. I can also help out other commanders with leadership skills, how to try troopers out properly and anything else. I can also bring smiles and joy to the other commanders. I am not afraid to give troopers PT if they mess up and I hold training regularly to make sure my troopers and other troopers are at top shape. I want this position so I can lead my troops into victory and lead the republic to victory against the CIS scum![/color] [color=#c0392b]Regiment and its lore:[/color] [color=#2ecc71]The ARC, also known as the Advanced Recon Commandos, are a elite and specialised battalion which is currently under the command of Colt, Blitz and Havoc. They are chosen and picked from the Grand Army of the Republic and they must show great detail of loyalty, Skill, and great potential of becoming a Advanced Recon Commando. ARC are easily picked out because of their unique Armour set and their weapon set. They are usually equip with a Westar, Thermal Detonators, etc. They protected Kamino from a Droid invasion and they will do anything to complete their mission, even if it means sacrificing themselves. They can always be recloned. Their missions were far more different from a normal clones mission. They were tasked for a range of advanced missions. Assassinations, Heavy duty, Recon, etc.[/color] [color=#c0392b]Scenario 1 You are on Geonosis and your mission is to attack and destroy the droid facility. The droids outnumber your troops and all will die if you do not act quickly. The CIS droids are starting to surround your troopers. What do you do? [/color] [color=#2ecc71]I will order the troops to back away towards cover as quickly as possible and I will make sure every single trooper makes it behind cover. because we need all the firepower possible to take down the CIS Facility.  Once all the troopers are behind cover I will order the attack command on the droids to make sure there are no further droid targets.[/color] [color=#c0392b]Scenario 2 Your current base location is one jump point away from Kamino. It has been discovered that Kamino has become under attack with the information about cloning and DNA samples becoming at risk. You have received no communication to assist but forces are taking heavy losses. What do you do?[/color] [color=#2ecc71]I will make my own decision and order my men that we are heading to Kamino. My reasoning for this is because if the DNA samples fall into the wrong hands, it can turn the outcome for the Clone wars. My other reasoning is also because our communications could have been disabled by the CIS. My choice is to make the jump to Kamino and secure it from any and all CIS droids even if it means our numbers will drop. We always complete our mission.[/color] [color=#c0392b]Scenario 3 Some of your ARC troopers are heavily minging and staff have already warned them about it but they continue to minge. How will you go with dealing with it?[/color] [color=#2ecc71]I will give them heavy PT and most likely a demotion or possibly a kick from ARC because in ARC minging is not tolerated. Even if its minor minging its still minging and I can't have that in the Advanced Recon Commandos. I want to keep the ARC as a good reputation. Any and all troops that are minging in my regiment will be dealt with. [/color] [color=#c0392b]Scenario 4 A shuttle has crashed near your outpost. On board are an injured Jedi General and injured Navy Admiral. You only have enough medical supplies to save one. Who would you save and why?[/color] [color=#2ecc71]It is a hard choice but I will save the Jedi General as he is higher than a Admiral and the Jedi were the ones who ordered out creation in the first place.
