I can demonstrate a firm but friendly leadership style while barking orders down to the lower ranks and taking orders from the command above me. I know how to treat a trooper/officer in a way that they will respect me and follow my orders to the death. I personally feel as Commander I could make Command an active and well organised regiment in a way that shows how powerful and important command is to the republic. Give us a description about yourself and any skills you might have: I have had lots of experience on various servers in RP based positions, primarily in the navy as its where I have the most fun of all regiments but with experience in Intelligence and RegGov over time. Due to this I have alot of knowledge of republic systems, limitations and how to effectively use a base/venator for the benefit of the republic army. Why do you want this position? Having written the command handbook I've shown interest in the regiment already, now being a member I feel command needs a strong, independent leader who can take charge and be there when command needs it most while being distant enough to let the members of command flourish and work their way up to eventually take my position from me as I work my way up myself.[/b] [b]Give us a brief explanation of the regiment you want to become Commanding Officer for AND provide a brief description of its lore commanding officer if it has one: Command (Base counterpart to navy) is a regiment in which you mostly stand around and bark info into comms as. Command involves running the base and controlling takeoff/landing aswell as managing regiments and keeping them in shape by making them regularly train and host tryouts for the CTs.[/b] [b]=21pxSCENARIOS. Answer with as much information as you can.[/b] [b]Scenario 1 You are on Geonosis and your mission is to attack and destroy the droid facility. The droids outnumber your troops and all will die if you do not act quickly. The CIS droids are starting to surround your troopers. What do you do?  Given that command would rarely be in front line combat, evacuate all CCs (Clone Commanders) and bomb the area as the soldiers are simply clones who can be replaced at any time. Once the facility has been cleared scan the area for hostiles and look for any survivors. Make sure any near by civilians are safe and return to base. Scenario 2 Your current base location is one jump point away from Kamino. It has been discovered that Kamino has become under attack with the information about cloning and DNA samples becoming at risk. You have received no communication to assist but forces are taking heavy losses. What do you do? Send in backup as the clone DNA is essential to the army's survival then use the now arriving army to send a SITREP back to base via comms due to the lack of comms at Kamino. Once the troopers have cleared the area check that it is safe and the DNA is in tact before gearing the troopers up to return. Leave a squad at Kamino in order to prepare for a hostile forces in the future Scenario 3 Some of your troopers are heavily minging and staff have already warned them about if but they continue to minge. As commanding officer, how will you respond to their actions? Pull the troopers up and talk to them. If they refuse to cooperate inform them they will be removed from the regiment and server if they continue. If they choose to continue have their whitelists removed and inform them that they need to change their ways before they are banned, make sure staff are aware of their behaviour for in future. Scenario 4 A shuttle has crashed near your outpost. On board are an injured Jedi General and injured Navy Admiral. You only have enough medical supplies to save one. Who would you save and why? Save the Jedi General as not only is the Admiral a lower rank but the admiral is easier to replace than the jedi, so it makes more sense to save the jedi.
